It takes tiny droplets to make an ocean. Just like all great visions have their humble origin as ideas in someone's mind - this idea took the shape of a dream and the dream became a reality. But not without perseverance, years of hard work and support from likeminded people who shared the same aspiration. The man with this vision was Sri Harakh Chand Kankaria, the founding father of what is today a corporate empire called - The Kankaria Group, founded in 1941.

Kankaria Group has six business divisions which include Jute Mills, Cotton Mills, Information Technology, Real Estate & Construction, Retail and Agriculture reflecting the spirit of achievement, innovation and vision of its founding father. The Kankaria Group employs over 18,000 people across its various business spread across India.

With the organic farming certification underway, we look forward to achieve an integrated Aloe Vera Products line for cosmetics & medicinal purpose to be launched in two quarters. The organically farmed Aloe Vera leaves are now available for processing.

The Jute Shop ® opens its 44th Outlet in Raipur. Ballyfabs International Limited is set to open 100 retail outlets in the next 6 months across India.

Real Estate:
Launching in 2013, a modern yet endowed with heritage, fashion retail experience in downtown Kolkata on Camac Street.
