The sand dunes spread over 200 acres has been greened and prepared for organic farming by Kankaria Group. The wastelands now produce high quality organic produce. The R&D team backed by specialists in arid area farming and close cooperation from the agriculture institutes have enabled to green the dunes. The fields near Bikaner have been cultivated for wheat, mustard, castor and cotton. The facility, in such a short time boasts of a 1,000-tree orchard, 1,000-tree (Dalbergia sissoo) Shisham plantation and over 150,000 Aloe Vera plants.

The organic farming has yielded strong demand for the Aloe Vera produce which is being supplied to various companies engaged in the manufacturing of beauty and healthcare products under the brand Arid Organic.

Apart from farming in the agriculture value chain, the Group is also in the business of constructing and leasing warehouses for agro produce.
