Multi –variety technology and fibre experience of the Group has channelized the business of Recycled Process fibre which is popularly known as Cottonised fibre. Under this Recycled fibre division , the group is making all processed fibres like , Flax , Hemp , Ramie , Jute etc suitable to be blended with Cotton and other fibres.
Cottonised Flax (PROFlax ) production is the major share under Cottonised fibre Business of Usha Corporation Limited . In this process , Re-engineering of 100% Flax (Linen) fibre is being modified into smallest length and finer version of fibre suitable to use in blending with cotton and other fibre . The unique characteristic of Luster , strength , feel , anti bacterial and anti allergic properties can be put into the yarn with the use of this Cottonised Flax .
The State of Art Technology with customized process innovation provides the competitive edge of quality and cost . Existing set up has the Production capacity of 3600 Mton per year of Cottonised fibre.
Under this Cottonised Fibre , Cottonised Hemp (HEMPRO) , Cottonised Ramie ( EASYRAMIE) and Cottonised Jute (SoftJUTE) are the other fibres which are getting the growing demand under the head of Natural processed Recycled fibre . All fibres can be available in both Bleached and Non Bleached segment .
